Limited Warranty – War Hammer Armaments Super Safety

War Hammer Armaments (“Company”) warrants that each Super Safety unit (“Product”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time it leaves our facility. This Limited Warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Scope of Warranty
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. It does not cover any damage, failure, or defect resulting from:

Improper handling, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
Normal wear and tear;
Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
Improper installation or maintenance;
Use inconsistent with provided instructions;
Accidents, acts of God, or external causes (e.g., fire, water, impact).

Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers
This Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall War Hammer Armaments be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use or performance of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact War Hammer Armaments at 954-288-5253 with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any supporting photos or documentation. War Hammer Armaments reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the issue falls under this Limited Warranty.

The Super Safety (3-Position) system is a precision-engineered selector and fire-control solution designed for advanced AR-pattern builds. This listing reflects the Complete FCG Kit option, which lets you build your configuration from the ground up with matched, stress-tested components.

Modified trigger
Two-piece Super Safety assembly
Cam arm and drum
Rounded safety detent with detent pin and spring
Hammer, springs, disconnector, and pins (complete Fire Control Group)

Manufacturing & Materials

Cam arm and drum manufactured in the USA from S7 tool-grade steel
Post-debur advanced nitriding process for increased surface hardness without embrittlement
Mechanical stress testing for torque (2-axis), impact resistance, and surface hardness (MPA metric standards)
Every component is individually hand-gauged and verified prior to packaging

Engineering & Fitment

Manufactured to intentionally tight tolerances to ensure interoperability with AR-15/M4-type trigger pockets built to standard TDP specifications.

Tested in low-shelf and M16-cut pockets.

Coated detent provides enhanced durability and a smooth, ball-bearing-like selector feel.

Durability

All Super Safety components are nitrided for enhanced wear resistance while maintaining core toughness—significantly exceeding the durability of typical alternatives.

Installation & Requirements

Requires a full-auto bolt carrier
Requires a low-shelf or full-auto pocket AR lower receiver
Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility prior to installation
High-shelf lowers will cause component failure; snapped cam levers resulting from improper receivers are not covered
Warranty is void if not installed by a competent gunsmith
