SHIPPING, POLICY
By placing an order with Winner Defense Group Inc (“Winner Defense Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, together with our separate Warranty Policy and any other terms of sale that we publish from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – NO FIREARM SALES
Winner Defense Group is a Texas-based retailer and distributor of firearm parts, accessories, and related equipment. We DO NOT sell complete firearms, frames, receivers, or any other serialized items that are regulated as “firearms” under federal law.
Nothing on our website or in this policy is an offer to sell a firearm. All products offered by Winner Defense Group are non-serialized parts, accessories, or related gear.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE
You are solely responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to the purchase, possession, use, and shipment of any product you order from Winner Defense Group. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items you are ordering in your jurisdiction.
If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that an order appears to violate or may violate any applicable law or regulation, we may cancel the order prior to shipment. Where we cancel an order for compliance reasons and the order has not yet shipped, we will refund your purchase price in full, less any non-refundable third-party payment processing fees actually incurred and not recoverable by us (typically 3% or less). We will not charge a restocking fee for orders cancelled by us for compliance reasons prior to shipment.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do NOT ship internationally. All orders must ship to addresses within the United States and its territories, where permitted by law. Any attempt to have an order forwarded internationally (including via freight forwarders) is a breach of these terms and may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Winner Defense Group typically ships in-stock orders within three (3) to seven (7) business days after successful payment authorization. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays may not begin processing until the next business day.
Processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Except where prohibited by applicable law, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, acts of God, supply chain disruptions, payment processor holds, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
CARRIERS & SHIPPING METHODS
Our primary shipping providers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier and shipping method for your order, regardless of the method selected at checkout, provided that the chosen method is reasonably comparable in speed and service.
All shipments include tracking numbers. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout when the order ships.
INSURANCE & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
- Orders under $50.00: Insurance is optional and may be added at our discretion or at customer request for an additional charge.
- Orders of $50.00 or more: Will generally be insured, and the cost of insurance may be included in your shipping charge.
- Signature on delivery: We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion based on order value, destination, product type, or fraud-risk indicators, to require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. Where signature delivery is required, it will be noted on your tracking information.
ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS & UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Not all shipping methods are available to all addresses. We may be unable to ship to certain addresses due to carrier limitations, local regulations, or our internal risk controls. If the shipping method you selected is not available to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund the order.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier (F.O.B. origin), except to the extent a different rule is imposed by non-waivable applicable law. Once the carrier accepts the shipment, we are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery, except as expressly provided in the “Missing Packages” section below or under applicable carrier insurance coverage procured through us.
RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS & ORDER REFUSALS
Winner Defense Group reserves the right at any time, in its reasonable discretion, to:
- Review federal, state, and local regulations for any shipping destination;
- Refuse shipment to any jurisdiction or address; and
- Cancel and refund any order that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, pose unreasonable legal or safety risk, or be inconsistent with our internal compliance policies.
Where we cancel an order for the reasons listed in this Section 9, we will refund your purchase price in full, less only non-refundable third-party payment processing fees actually incurred and not recoverable by us. No additional restocking fee will be charged for orders cancelled by us for legal or compliance reasons prior to shipment.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For orders containing multiple products, we will make reasonable efforts to ship all items together. Items that are unavailable at the time of shipping may be shipped as they become available, unless we notify you otherwise.
You will only be charged for products contained in each shipment, plus applicable shipping charges. Shipping will be charged at the rate quoted at the time of purchase, and the full shipping charge is normally applied to the first shipment on a multiple-shipment order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & REJECTED SHIPMENTS
11.1 Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, inability to obtain a signature, refusal by the recipient, or other carrier issues. When an undeliverable package is returned to us, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact information you provided.
- If we are unable to reach you within thirty (30) days, we may treat the order as returned and refund the product price, less any applicable restocking fees (as described in the Returns & Cancellations Policy) and non-refundable shipping and carrier-imposed return fees.
- If you prefer reshipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. We may require a confirmed corrected address or signature arrangements before reshipment.
11.2 Rejecting Receipt
Rejecting or refusing receipt of a package, or failing to make necessary arrangements with the carrier (such as providing a signature where required), is treated as a return without prior authorization. Packages returned to us under these circumstances may be subject to a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the product value, with a minimum of ten dollars ($10), plus any non-refundable shipping and carrier-imposed return fees.
11.3 Re-Shipping
Unless alternative arrangements are made in advance and confirmed in writing by Winner Defense Group, orders returned to us will be treated as returned merchandise and restocked. They will not automatically be re-shipped. If you still want the items after they have been returned to us, you must place a new order subject to then-current pricing, availability, and shipping terms.
MISSING PACKAGES
Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected time frame and cannot be located by tracking information. USPS and other carriers typically require a waiting period (often up to thirty (30) days) before a package may be declared lost.
If your package appears to be late or missing, please:
- Verify the shipping address and check with household members or neighbors;
- Check any notices left by the carrier and contact the carrier directly for further information; and
- If the package still cannot be located after following the carrier’s procedures and the applicable waiting period has passed, contact us at info@winnerdefense.com.
If a package is confirmed lost pursuant to the carrier’s policies, Winner Defense Group will, at our option:
- Replace the original product ordered, subject to availability; or
- Issue a refund of the purchase price, less any non-recoverable shipping or insurance costs.
Refunds or replacements for missing packages are available only for shipments confirmed lost under the carrier’s procedures. We are not responsible for packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier (for example, theft from a porch), but we will reasonably cooperate in providing documentation to assist you with a claim against the carrier, your insurer, or local authorities.
COUPON CODES & DISCOUNTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Winner Defense Group, coupon codes and promotional discounts apply to product prices only and do NOT apply to taxes, shipping, insurance, or other fees. Coupons may not be combined unless the promotion expressly permits stacking.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the effective date of the most recent version. The version of this policy in effect at the time you place your order governs that order.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Shipping Policy, and any dispute, claim, or controversy relating in any way to your purchase or use of any Winner Defense Group product, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Shipping Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this Section limits rights that you cannot waive under applicable law.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Shipping Policy is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. In particular, if any restocking fee, limitation, or cancellation provision is unenforceable as to a particular consumer or jurisdiction, the balance of this policy remains enforceable.
